This skill helps you learn easier and faster. The person who listens becomes capable of deciding correctly taking into account the advice received.

The player who listens is trained to ask better questions, and therefore will obtain better results. It implies the willingness to want to attend to and understand what is suggested.

Promoting listening skills facilitates the assimilation of changes necessary to improve the analysis of the game situation.

Listening is seeing situations and people through the eyes of others.

We all like to be listened to. When they listen to us we feel important, valued, esteemed, understood...
Why do we find it difficult to listen? Because we go fast, because we talk a lot, perhaps because we still don't know how to value those around us.
