DISCIPLINE

Ability to carry out an action in an orderly and constant manner (exercises, routines, tasks, schedules, etc.).

Having routines (order) makes life easier. Knowing where things are or what we should do provides security and keeps us away from mental laziness.

Planning the routine makes it easier to achieve the proposed objectives. Having to order/organize improvisedly is very tiring. Order is the first ally of success. Promotes mental dilifence.

This value also refers to the ability to direct impulses to the planned objective. Without routine, we will be invaded by sloppiness, mental laziness, and a lack of attention and appreciation for others. Dispersion will increase and attention span decreases.

Having discipline is necessary to allow ourselves to be guided correctly and progress. We need to have order to function, to advance technically and achieve the objectives we set for ourselves. Without routine, the classes would not work well and we would not be able to enjoy golf: taking care of punctuality, cleaning the clubs, being silent, paying attention, doing what you propose at every moment... generates greater performance and satisfaction.

Routine brings harmony to relationships and makes it easier to make the most of time. Doing what is planned with the coach and the team builds mental discipline. Life needs schedules to live: meeting times, training times, tournament times, feeding times, rest times, concentration times, family times, times to serve others, etc.
